What do I pay for?
Hammerum Vand delivers the clean water for drinking, showering, washing clothes and doing the dishes etc.

How do I pay?
The bills are sent to your e-mail. On the bill is stated a payment code you need to complete the payment. The payment code starts with +71 and is rather long.

The payment code requires a Danish bank account. If you do not have a Danish bank account, please contact our administration, for a grace period on your payment, until you have a Danish bank account.

When you have a Danish bank account, you can use Betalingsservice (automatic payment service), then your water bill will be paid automatically. You can register at Betalingsservice using this link: Betalingsservice

We do not accept international payments incl. transfer via IBAN.

What happens if I do not pay?
If you do not pay your water bill on time, we will send you a reminder with a fee of 100 DKK.

If you still do not pay, we will send you a closing notice with another fee of 100 DKK.

If you continue not to pay, we can lawfully shut off your water supply.

Please note, that we will contact the housing company, if you do not pay your water bill on time.

How often do I have to pay? 

Every 3 months:

February - annual settlement and 1st advance payment

May - 2nd advance payment

August - 3rd advance payment

November - 4th advance payment

How long do I have to pay?
You must pay for the water supply for the same period that you have to pay rent.

What is the difference between Hammerum Vand and Herning Vand?
Hammerum Vand delivers the clean water for drinking, showering, washing clothes and doing the dishes etc.

Herning Vand deals with the dirty used water, that is lead away through the sewer, for example when flushing the toilet, using the sink and showering.

Hvordan betaler jeg?
Opkrævninger sendes til din mail, her er oplyst FI-indbetalingslinje du skal bruge til betalingen.

FI-indbetalingskort kræver en dansk bankkonto. Har du ikke en dansk bankkonto kan du kontakte vores administration, for henstand på betalingen, indtil du har en dansk bankkonto.

Når du har en dansk bankkonto, kan du også bruge Betalingsservice, så bliver din vandregning betalt automatisk. Oplysninger til Betalingsservice står på din opkrævning. Du kan også tilmelde dig Betalingsservice her: Betalingsservice

Vi modtager ikke udenlandske indbetalinger, inkl. overførsel via IBAN.

Hvad sker der, hvis jeg ikke betaler?
Hvis du ikke betaler til tiden, sender vi en rykkermeddelelse med et gebyr på 100 DKK.

Hvis du fortsat ikke betaler, sender vi et lukkevarsel med endnu et gebyr på 100 DKK.

Ved fortsat manglende betaling, kan vi lovligt lukke for vandet.

Bemærk, at vi kontakter boligselskabet, hvis betalingsfristen ikke overholdes.

Hvor tit skal jeg betale?
Hver 3. måned:

Februar - årsafregning og 1. aconto

Maj - 2. aconto

August - 3. aconto

November - 4. aconto

Hvor længe skal jeg betale?
Du skal betale for vandforsyningen i samme periode, som du skal betale for huslejen.

Forskellen på Hammerum Vand og Herning Vand?
Hammerum Vand leverer rent vand, f.eks. til at drikke, bade i, vaske tøj i og opvask.

Herning Vand håndterer det beskidte vand, f.eks. afløb fra toiletskyl, i håndvask og bad.
